How will I receive my order?

All purchased video files will be available for download (MP4 Format) via your account on our website (If you ordered via the website), if you ordered via the Reed Events App, your video will be downloadable via the app. You will be email/in app notifications when your video is ready for download.

Will the stage video be available for all University of the Sunshine Coast ceremonies?

The stage video is available for Sippy Downs and Moreton Bay ceremonies only. Please note: There is no video for Fraser Coast events.
